Spring Vegetable Ragout with Fresh Pasta

One of our members shared this recipe -- if you're not sure how to use your peas yet, you may want to try this!

She said:  "I used peas, zucchini, broccoli and carrots. Didn't have any herbs and forgot to put the lemon zest...and it was FANTASTIC!!!!!"
