Warm welcome to our host Pamela Bell for helping out with the South Miami Group. South Miami members will be picking up this week only at the home of Patricia Cruz at 201 Arvida Parkway in Gables Estates (near Kendall and Old Cutler). If you have any questions regarding pick up call Pam at 305-794-6637.

We have immediate openings in the following locations: Coral Gables (1/2 share), the Roads (3 shares), Kendall (1 share). We are also looking at opening new groups, one near Zoo Miami and one in west Kendall. Help us pass the word to your friends in these areas who may be interested. We greatly appreciate it!

Crackerman's bread shares and organic dips are available. Let your host know if you want anything. In addition to the usual bread share items, we have a basil white bean dip, oatmeal raisin cookies and a fruit bread that is delicious with hard cheeses. Can't wait to try some. Stephan, the Crackerman, says they sell out of this at the farmer's market. Supply is limited. Sorry, no bread share items for next delivery on June 21st.

We have just added meat to our "menu". Check with your host if interested in organic and ABF (antibiotic free) meats. Basically, we can offer everything carried by Whole Foods. We also have an incredible line of FL grass-fed beef which can be ordered by the pound and by packages which come in coolers. We do have to order in bulk two weeks in advance, so orders need to be coordinated by your host now for next delivery on the 28^th.

We have an extra, but limited supply of ABF skinless boneless chicken breasts ($6.25 per pound) and smoked turkey andouli sausage ($6.30 per pound) this week. Let your host know today if you would like some.

Coconut Oil is available upon request:  $40/gallon or $14/quart.  We are at the end of our honey barrel and preparing to purchase a new one, so honey supply is low.  We will accommodate requests as able.

Note on Eggs and Crackerman Crackers

Please note that new price on organic eggs. $4 dozen from free range hens.

Last night, our family enjoyed an amazing beef stew. This is one of my favorite dinners which has just become even more amazing with Crackerman's German bread. We toasted fresh slices with a little raw butter in the oven for a couple of minutes. Served with the stew, magnificent! Even our kids raved over this one!

Some of our customers have been asking for a good bread for sandwiches and he has brought us an amazing onion bread made with freshly stone ground flour. We had some this past week with roast beef and again with turkey. You just can't go wrong with this artisan bread!

We would encourage our members to take advantage of the bread share. We will now include one of each type of bread along with a bag of his flax crackers (He soaks his seeds! This makes the nutrients more accessable for your body.) and famous five herb hummus.

If you ever want to meet Stephan, the Crackerman, you can find him most weekends at the Farmer's Market in Coconut Grove selling his bread and passing out Healthy Habits Co-op post cards!

A big welcome to Palouma, our new host for the Coral Way group! We thought it would be appropriate to change the name of the group to "the Roads" since that gives people a better idea of the area.
